Category and entry

I m feeling dumb,

I have seen the tutorials but I have still not understand

I explain you what I want to do

In my first Page in Index, I want to have first column
Title : Paris
then entries with Bar and restaurants of Paris

And in a second column, Title : Barcelona
then entries and I want to put Bar and Restaurant from Barcelona

It might be easy but I didn t manage
